Jan 10 2.3 The eighth day, on circumcision, the baby was called Jesus, the name given by the angel before conception. Then, after Marys purification as required by Moses law, they took Jesus as firstborn male to Jerusalem to present him to the Lord, and to offer the Laws sacrifice of two doves or young pigeons.
